Orders & Shipping

  • How long does shipping take?

    Orders typically take around 2 business days to prepare before shipping. Standard US delivery then takes approximately 3–5 business days.

    Please allow an estimated 5–7 business days in total from placing your order to delivery. These timeframes are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

    You’ll receive a tracking email once your order has shipped.

  • Where do you ship?

    Currently, we only ship domestically within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Sizing, Fit & Fabric

  • How do the tees fit?

    Our tees feature a classic, relaxed streetwear fit and run true to size. If you prefer a baggier, oversized look, we recommend sizing up one size. Check our Size Chart on any product page for exact measurements.

  • What fabric do you use?

    We craft our gear using heavyweight 100% ring-spun cotton (~6.1 oz). The garment-dye wash gives every shirt that vintage, broken-in feel right out of the package.

  • Will the shirt shrink after washing?

    Because the fabric undergoes a garment-dye wash during crafting, shrinkage is virtually nonexistent if washed cold.

Care Instructions

  • How do I wash my tee to preserve the print?

    Turn the garment inside out, machine wash cold with like colors, and either tumble dry on low or hang dry. Avoid ironing directly over the print.

Returns & Guarantee

  • What is your return policy?

    If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email support@badrollclub.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description, and clear photos. We’ll review your request and arrange an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

  • How do I exchange for a different size?

    Please email support@badrollclub.com with your order number and the size you need. Our team will review your request and help you with the next steps.

  • Can I cancel or modify my order?

    Our fulfillment team moves quickly to get orders out the door. If you need to change your size, shipping address, or cancel an order, please email us within 2 hours of purchase so we can catch it before dispatch.
